Within the country: MoET - Ministry of Education and Training
Externally the agencies are relevant to the certification sought. In some cases, the schools want to be international schools and must be certified by an organization (not named). Other schools wish to be certified in a country, like say, America, and must be certified by one of the agencies that oversees all schools of that particular manner. In short, there isn't just one body that provides licenses. This allows schools to work in gray areas and loopholes. |
