I am hopefully interviewing with them in a week or so. But I do have several questions for those of you who have already interviewed.
What should I expect when I have the face to face interview? Will I be meeting with an ADEC official? That's the feeling I get.
When should I expect to leave for Abu Dhabi? I know the school year begins in late September due to Ramadan, but when will new teachers arrive?
And for the veterans: Should I pack a whole wardrobe, or will affordable professional (female) clothes be readily available? (I'm a frugal shopper usually, but I am going to need to buy long sleeve shirts and longer skirts)
Are there thrift stores in Abu Dhabi?
Thanks for all the informative posts! |

If you are in the US, I would say do your shopping there. Clothes are much cheaper... or at least the cheap clothing is a better quality.

Thanks VS. I just went my goodwill and bought four pairs of slacks, all name brand of course. I can be cheap and materialistic at the same time
