See if your school will expedite diplomas. Most will do 1 month turn around for an extra fee.

After spending $XXXXX to graduate from the place, you figure they could do something for once without an extra fee slapped on. sadly, this isnt the case.

Well I can understand both points of view. We could say Texas was being unnecessarily pedantic and critical as this is an informal forum. But, on the other hand, the OP was careless, did set himself up, and didn't show maturity or a good sense of humour (or grammatical awareness?) by admitting to his mistake/carelessness/informality and laughing it off.
