"I feel naked without...." refers to the feeling that one would have when they are actually naked, or only partially dressed.

In this scenario, "I feel naked without my watch", implies that the person making the statement feels as though they are not completely dressed unless they are wearing their watch.

Example:

Speaker A: What time is it?
Speaker B: I'm not sure I forgot my watch today.
Speaker A: I hate forgetting things like that.
Speaker B: I agree. I feel naked without my watch.

Cheers.
Smile

It's not.
Actually I was kinda wondering the same thing but didn't want to be first to say something - surely the OP can figure out these turns of phrase / expressions him / herself with a bit of thought Rolling Eyes

My impression from the questions the OP has posted, is that they are an ESL speaker trying to get some finer points of the language down.

Whether I'm right or not, I just wanted to offer a bit of help.
