I'd say that looking at the ad that if you have the qualifications to get into tertiary jobs - MA+3 years experience - apply directly to the employers and don't waste time with recruiters.

That's it... This gang is really a waste of space.
If you are looking for a tertiary job... apply directly!! Every one of them has an employment area on their website.
