What, roughly, are the differences in rates offered?

I don't know for sure, but I would say that the differences in exchange rates between banks are so minimal it's not really worth shopping around unless you need to exchange a very large amount. Also, most banks will only offer FOREX to people who have an account with them.

As Cleopatra said, banks have bo differences in rates to be appreciable.

And "Al Moudi" is supposed to be "Al Amoudi", which I guess is a money changing company.

For best rates, use a dedicated money changing company, not a bank. Where are you located? In Jeddah, dozens of tiny money changers can be found in 'Balad', the old town. For other cities, just ask the locals.
