If I understand the rather long-winded original post correctly, my advice would be to complete your uni degree first.

Or you could try getting summer school work in the UK which might expose you to mixed language groups as opposed to the curious experience of a mass of Chinese students.

You seem to be the type of person the JET programme was made for. I am in Japan on my second year of JET, and it has worked out very well for me. If you do decide to go for it, the application process starts in October/ November for an August placement, so it works out rather well for someone about to finish university. You don't need a CELTA to do JET, and your current certificate will count for something in your JET application, as will your prior experience. If you want to get the CELTA, by all means do so. It will help you become a better teacher, without a doubt.
