I just realized I have received a pm from a member who has less than 10 posts. Has the forum finally got rid of the problematic 25 post requirement?

Me too! I have been a member for ages and refer to the board daily, but have never had anything to add or dispute until now. I think that I got a message for 6 posts. I wonder if a few posts of smileys would count?!? Very Happy

People who tried to circumvent the rules for 25 by posting strings of one word posts... merely had them deleted by... management. Laughing I too am glad that it has been dropped to 5. Did you get a message saying 5 moonpali?
