I've head the government keeps renegotiating lower contacts once they've got you there. (Dept of Education for example). Any experiences

and when did the double digit increases take place? How much were they? and How long was the interim period between such increases? Inquiring minds want to know Question

Um...I consider 6% + 6% followed by 15% the next year to both double-digit...even with the first 12% playing into the annual maximum pay increase.

Doubt? Absolute not! Jes need some of that 'fast' dough, that way I don't have to bake in the sun longer than necessary to make it.

Does your employer give these types of raises (i.e. the 6%) every year?
