I think he's talking about 'bosses', but you're right. I've noticed in my job search that a lot of employers don't accept an online master's degree. Places in Japan, mainly, but also places in the KSA won't accept it.

I think you will find that the Saudi board has more... um... diversions. But, it does give you a pictures of what your fellow teachers are like if you ever go there. Laughing
