I actually reckon it's likely legit.
There's a loophole that does allow non-EU citizens to work legally on student visas. However, there are some restrictions to do with number of hours one is a student, possibly age restrictions, and limits on how long you can stay.
Quite honestly, I wonder how long it may take this outfit to fill every possible position plus some, and then have to turn people away? How many can one organisation hire on this basis - and how many can they employ in today's economy?
