Does anyone know what the ramifications are of quitting a job in China while on a Z-visa (giving the full one months notice) and then applying for a new job? Is it easy to get another Z-visa for a different school? I know in Korea for example that you need to get a "letter of release" from the old employer before you can re-apply for a new visa, a fact which Korean schools use and abuse to their advantage. Any info would be greatly appreciated. |

In some cases, you will need not only the "release letter" but also a recomendation letter from your previous employer.
Choose wisely, next time. |
