Anyone presently in OMAN who has up to date knowledge about this school please read. Is it really as bad as the posts last year?
I read the posts from last year on here which were all negative about this school and I'm wondering if there is anyone with a different viewpoint?
I have been offered a job with them but ...... am very hesitant to take it.
Muscat is one of the places high on my list to live esp. since I come with a dog and it seems to be one of the more dog friendly places in the ME.
They offer O R 250 for an accommodation but take a deduction from the paycheck for the furniture allowance! |

I have no information to add on Shinas, but you do realize that Shinas is not Muscat, don't you? Muscat is a large place with lots of expats and used to their foibles. (like dogs) Shinas is quite small and I might worry about finding a landlord there who would allow dogs. Have you asked the recruiter about this?
The whole deduction for the furniture allowance is crap... but it is what they do because they can.
