Have been offered a job from VATC in Can Tho. Anybody have any experience with them? Anybody have any info about Can Tho? Many thanks!

Can Tho is in the Mekong Delta- Its a nice city with a rather tropical climate, and its a quite big city.
VATC there? If the manager there is still a MOD EDIT- I would avoid it like the plague-He is into every rip off scam available it seems. I have a friend who left there because he was forced out of the job because he had principles, and MOD EDITand some of his cronies, one of them an Australian woman who now runs a recruitment service, have none.
My friend was given the run around and lost out on some of the entitlements he was supposed to get because he was forced to leave.
According to my friend, and others who have worked there, its a hell hole because of this person and his disreputable associates.
If you stand up to these social mis-fits, you will probably get the run around. and you might get fired so he and his pals can make more placement fees by placing another teacher there- My friend says thats what happend to him.
I have only met this man once, and I was rather not impressed.
Nice city, but there are other options there. (Long way from any beach by the way)
