I'd appreciate making contact with people who have accepted jobs at Princess Noura University. Please PM me anyone who'd like to share 'progress to date'. Thanks |

Me too.I was posted a 'rubbish' contract by AETG and am waiting for a renegotiation.
I would like to know how many of the '65' positions have been filled. |

The same with me...a ridiculous deal for all those teaching hours, I've tried to renegotiate and so far have not heard anything! They do not know how to deal with professionalism. |

Hi, I got a contract from AETG without having enough details to sign a contract with them - very unprofessional. Does anybody know anything about this AETG? I haven't found much information. If you signed, what happened next - are you working on a visa and getting ready to go? Please reply, I think we should help each other understand our situation.

Hi,
I started a thread when I got the visa and there is now three going on at the same time. Is it possible we can all agree to post on just one for PNU?
I have some interesting latest news with visas and other developments. Going to the Consular section of the Saudi Embassy in Madrid tomorrow am. So far very hard to reach on the phone but very helpful
Bfn

I noticed that and wondered why anyone who had a question about this place felt the need to start a new thread every time!! It is so much better to have the information collected together for future searchers.

hey Rebecca: u still need info on AETG? I work for them...i understand what it's like from afar to know about what's going on in Saudi...
let me know what u want to know.
there does seem to be a bit of unprofessionalism, but when u arrive to Saudi, you'll realise that's just the way things are here... |

Hi althatand,
Please tell me AETG are OK! I've been recruited for Princess Noura and will be arriving (all being well) in about 3 weeks.
I'm being given a Temp. Work Permit for the duration of my contract and that means I have to leave the country every 140 days.
Have you been offered an Iqama?
Also, do they pay on time?
Do they stick to their agreement?
My positon will be OK as long as they stick to the terms of their offer.
Please fill me in by PM.

Yer setting yerself up by asking someone to tell you what you want to hear. Telling someone what they want to hear is part and parcel in this part of the world.
Beware of making this kind of request.

P.s.- Also. NOTHING takes "five minutes" to happen! |

Lucreziaborgia:
I started working with AETG earlier this year, I was offered a 1 year contract and was given my iqama about 2 months later.
If you work at Princess Noura Uni, you will get the uni holidays so you'll take a vacation then, as there's nothing to do in Riyadh for 2 weeks!
I get paid every month on the 27th.
what other terms of the offer are you referring to? |
