I'm looking to go somewhere in december-february but I'm not sure where. I've done a summer camp in korea and I know there are plenty of similar programs out there, but it's just a matter of finding them. Are there any english camp directories? Do you know of any such programs where you're currently teaching? Any resources or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know about December-January but you can find other one's on Dave's. Since ESL is more prosperous in the Northern Hemisphere most camps are in July and August. There are camps in South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, etc. I have seen short term jobs for these places advertised on Dave's.

Yes, Korean camps and camps in China are usually posted in the job section.

Winter breaks are not that long in the Northern Hemisphere. Winter camps may only be 2 weeks long. You may be better to look for countries in the Southern Hemisphere that will have a two month summer break in January and February.
