I get my certificate notarized. I have it authenticated through Secretary of State. Then I send it to the Saudi Embassy in my country for further authentication or whatever.
Why do they need to return the authenticated copies to me when they are the embassy? I need them when I'm in Saudi?
I am very late applying. When they are authenticated by the Embassy, do they send them back to me and I have to send them back with my complete application to a different department for visa processing? If so, couldn't I just have them send the authenticated documents to the visa department instead of sending them back to me (at least until my visa is processed)?
