HI EVERYONE. I'm new to the Forum. Quick question to anyone that can answer please. DO I NEED ANY VACCINES BEFORE ENTERING VIETNAM PREVENTION WISE? I AM CURRENTLY IN EUROPE.

Not really, unless you are planning on going trekking straight away. You can get them done here easily. I'm just about to get this done myself so I'll let you know where and how much. |

Hepatitis A and typhoid were the two I had to have done. Though I'd had other stuff done more recently when I went to Africa, so I guess it might depend what you've already had. |

HEY FRIENDS,
Thanks a million for the info. I'm having all the possible shots done before leaving. Also taking a health certificate.
I guess I may need to get a 'fresh' one while in Nam.
It seems that a lot of documentation needs to be certified by the local authorities. A few more dollars in the kitty!
