A few new things...
The pay raises came through. Between 3600 - 4400 AED, depending on quals and experience.
That was nice.
Over the past week, all staff and students have been given MacBook Pros. IAT signed a huge deal with Apple, and purchased thousands of laptops. Now they are out and in use in the classrooms. Should be interesting to explore the pedagogical implications.
Other than that, the SACS accreditation process is winding up, and the school year seems to be proceeding quite nicely. |
