are there any nice new apartments near KAU, what are the average rental prices? i dont really want to stay at a compound but are the apartments so bad? how do we go about finding them online?

i post my own reply to my question..and for the 79 other people who had a look at my post and couldn't reply to it...

yes naseem, safa no.7, and jamia areas, average about 25000 for something big and new, not much for online real estate in the kingdom best option is look for yourself building by building Smile

Real Estate business - like all business in KSA - is done face-to-face. Online is not big.

Of course there is the disadvantage here taht as soon as the locals see a fair-haired, blue-eyed Westerner the price4s go up by at least 50 percent.
