| Never had one problem with BOC. I've opened accounts alone, and received lots of help. "Tellers" filled out deposit slips and withdrawal slips for me. All I had to do was key in my PIN. Transfers were easy. I had Chinese speaking friends conduct the conversions and transfers and everything was done within 30 minutes. |
