Any chance of teaching in universities? Can I search/apply via web?
I am Australian passport holder with Masters Degree and 10+ years experience.
Any links or top university names more than welcome.

Yes you can contact places via the web, but sharpen your grammar first.
Wikipedia has the loooonnnnngggg list of unis in Taiwan.
Contacting them now, nearly half-way through the term is probably not the best time. |
