In London:

Action Visas
8 Baden Place
Crosby Row
London SE1 1YW

Tel: 020 7939 8100
Fax: 020 7939 8105
E-Mail: [email protected]

Your contact there is called Adam.

If you have the time and inclination, and wish to save money, do the donkey work yourself. You can get the medical report from your GP and then get it legalized by the FCO in a total of about 3 weeks, for about 60. I needed other documents legalized too, but they were specific to the company I had applied to. Any agent will charge you more to carry this out on your behalf.

I called round a few of the agents listed on the London embassy website and opted for Action Visas. When push came to shove they turned my application around in about 10 days, at a cost of 106.
