I have worked for NDI before but not in Shijiazhuang. Overall I had a very positive experience with the company. It is a great "first year" job as the lesson plans are all done. You simply need to find out what classes you have and pull them out of the files. The only preparation is some photocopying, and doing some research on English corner topics.
The classes are small too. Private lessons are between 1-4 students. Salon classes are a max of ten from memory. Anything else you need to know PM me.  |
