| has anyone come by an affordable travel insurance (6 months- 1 year in length) company? I am headed to Guadalajara in 2 months and am interested in having at least something- but i can't afford to pay what I am in the US while down there. ~thanks |

| I know that there's lots of options out there. Try searching for travel insurance. Good luck. Myabe try STA travel? |

I've heard someone say that it's void if you didn't have a return ticket to your home country already when you applied for it. Any truth to that? If so, makes it pretty impractical for most EFL teachers. |

I went and found my policy- the terms and conditions state that I must either have a permanent residence in the UK or have a valid British passport.
It doesn't say anything about flights! |
