TQ Logistics Services, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Petroleum Training Center.

With out a doubt working for this group is the most disturbing encounter of work relations and personnel management and workers rights that I have ever encountered in my 30 years of employment. TQLS has turned back the clock 60 years erasing all the unions and worker rights advocates efforts .. to maybe even beyond the dark ages. Since TQLS works ouside of the UK they seem to think they dont have to follow anyones rules from cheating people from their wages, not following contract details, or at least from the bottom up they dont, forcing their emplyees into sub-standard living conditions, plus many other degrading acts... The wasta regime at KNPC erases any authority that the PTC staff have and the instructors are by far at the bottom end of the pole, stripped of any authority or rights, treated like dogs, and abused with degrading and incomprehensible acts of degradation. Finally, as mentioned in other forums teaching adult learners is like being in a room full of mentally challenged 4 year olds who are beyond the definition of lazyness and have no repect for themselves or others including the instructors and any staff in general. I submit to you that you are better off staying at home and starving or eating out of trash cans than to get yourself involved in this worthless country of no-tries. We made a mistake by removing Sadam from here, the Kuwaiti's deserved what they got..

Are you still working for them? You were posting these same warnings over a year ago. (which is pretty much the same warnings that have been posted for years here about this organization under its various names.)

Listen Mr Dawg nobody but nobody deserves what happened here in Kuwait. Maybe you should have been taken away as part of the human shield. No matter what the Kuwaits do or have done, they didn't deserve the invasion. You need help, Mr. Dawg.
