Anyone know anything about them or have worked for them??? They have 3 schools in HCM, can't seem to find any info on them on the web except for their own site.

Judging by the silence, it would appear that no-one has taught there yet as a search of the usual places has produced nothing relevent to Vietnam. A friend of mine knows the management there and I'm going to try and find out a little more. From what I've been told, they have largely relied upon local teachers but need native speakers.

No idea what the package is. Little bit wary of the mention of a 2 day course to 'teach the Aston Way'. I'll teach the way I teach thank you very much. I don't want to become a robot with no personality.

I'll gladly share any information with you that I discover. Vietnamese managed with an American investor are the only other things that were mentioned.

Very similar to Apollo.

$15 hourly rate, less if contracted with all the perks that are not really perks. For that they expect a degree and Celta/equivalent although I got the feeling that they would take anyone that spoke English L1 and throw a few days training at them. Other than that, it seemed like a reasonably well set up school that mainly caters for kids and teens. Class sizes quoted between 7 and 18 dependent upon age.

I don't know what other peoples' feelings are but I get the feeling that the pool of available teachers is getting smaller due to the current Visa policies. I just can't see how anyone would be working for $15 an hour who isn't a backpacker. Do they seriously expect to get real language teachers at these rates?
