If you weren't teaching ESL, what would you be doing?

Isn't it lucky that that is a hypothetical question? |

Hmmm.
I'd be chasing my dream of working in the media--as a writer, broadcaster, etc.
Or I'd probably pursue work as a "regular" teacher. A school teacher. And even then, I can't promise that I wouldn't try to find work abroad. |

I'd probably be running something. Like a corporation. Or a small country. |

If I wasn't a TEFL instructor, I would have a life. |

Lives are over-rated. Teaching is much more fun. |

If I wasn't a TEFL teacher, I would be probably still stuck in my cra-ppy Computer Trainer job trying to think of way to get out of there! |

Well, after finding that suitcase full of money that for some reason I wouldn't have to hand in to the authorities, I'd be wandering the world with my cameras, taking photos.
Oh, and playing the guitar. |

I believe I'd be teaching in some capacity or another. I could see myself teaching English or French in a high school. But I love what I am doing and really don't want to be doing anything else. |

I am a teacher. If I wasn't in HK,I would be slaving away for the Canadian gov't, teaching horrid little red-necks French. I just cant away from kids. |

Ideally, I'd be writing. Coaching (hockey or football) would be my second choice.

So if you weren't teaching in your current location, where else would you like to teach? |

Somewhere in Scandinavia might prove pleasant. Before I go, I'd try to squeeze in a snowball fight in Hell (not the one in Norway).
