hello,
I was told by the recruiter for the school we are supposed to teach for that they will not let us get out visa in a third party country. Third party country, meaning, a country that is not our home country. They say this is because it requires additional documents. Has anyone tried to do this before? Is it true that it requires additional documents from the school?
Also, anyone know anything about Goyang City?

Korea? Japan? other?
Unless we happend to know where Goyang City might be, it's impossible to offer anything useful.
Visa rules vary by country. |

Right... we need to know where you're going!
Also--isn't that what recruiters are for? Really, it's quite easy to get a legitimate job without a recruiter. One of the benefits to using one should be that they take care of hassles like paperwork and visas. If they can't sort it out, I'd be wary of using them.
