One student for 40 minutes a shot on my campus (so, no travel time).
Thank you. |

ditto with tommchone. 150-200 an hour... since you're only doing 40 minutes, shoot for 150 RMB. |

I know of four teachers here in Chengdu that give private lessons/tutoring. They all charge 100 RMB per student/per session. Sessions are one hour if one student, one and a half hours if two students. |

I don't think you should go below 150 RMB per 40 minutes...let's not sell ourselves short, shall we? I know of teachers who used to charge 90 RMB per hour (60 minutes) for English lessons in Shanghai of all places and for a while they ruined the market there...we are professionals and we should be paid accordingly for our work. 150 RMB is fair for a city like Chengdu. |

At times I find this website amusing because less than a month ago some people were asking what an FAO was and now they claim to receive job offers all of the time and demand up to 200 rmb for a private lesson.
Huh? |
