Hi,
Ive been working at a good University in Korea for the last 7 years.However, for a change and after visiting Oz, Id like to see how I could possibly relocate to Oz and pursue a Business Trainer position.

I understand from some research that there are many RTO's in Oz and the BT role is in much demand. I have an MBA from USA, TESOL Cert. and working on a RPL for the Cert. IV TAA.

Does anyone have an idea as to the realistic opportunities in this field. It seems a natural upward progression from teaching English?

Ive see on SEEK, salaries from 45k AUD +. Anybody have any experience or intelligent suggestions?

TAA is a good start. I don't think it's a very big field to be honest. Not sure why.
