I applied to work for a position in Saudi through an agency called workforce solution. After signing the contracts and posting them I know have to organise my medical. Then today an email came through about posting my passport so they can get the visas done. Alarm bells are ringing since no contact has been made by the uni/school i am supposed to be working for and how long would i wait to get my passport back?
Also the workforce solution website doe not mention anything about efl work only IT and management? I tried ringing them but their phone is out of service??? And the number in the emails i receive are different including the address.
Has anybody had any dealings with "Workforce solution" their contact is called Anita btw. |

Don't touch them even with the proverbial bargepole.

Dear roywebcafe,
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER send your passport to ANYONE, but especially NEVER send it to a "alleged" recruiter.
WMTN's advice is spot on.

If you sent this visa application and passport to the Saudi Embassy, then it is normal. That's the only way you'll get the magical visa stamped in your passport.

Dear rjbsd,
Tacomaboywa is quite right - my mistake, I should have mentioned the Saudi embassy. I assumed from your post that you were being asked to send your passport to the recruiter.
Sorry,
John |

I received an application form from them, but after dealing with M Trading I was very weary of them, so I did not send anything to them. They still send me emails, but I send them back or I just dont answer. The very fact that the telephone service is not working should tell you something, and that the numbers on the email are different should be sending off all kinds of bells and whistles.
Once bitten twice shy. First time is shame on you, and the second time is shame on me. |
