I had a really good laugh today after reading about one of Japan's newest politicians.
Any teachers up in Iwate Prefecture might have probably heard about this guy.
He was elected into the Iwate prefecture government. However, he's a wrestler and won't take off his mask.
Apparently, there is no rule or law that exists that would force him to remove it. So, everyone is pretty much stumped as to what to do with him. He's stated that he will not remove the mask because he is the Great Sasuke and that is who he is - his identity!
Ha, aha, haa!!
Man, this is so funny and in conservative Japan!!
But I guess he got more votes than any of the other candidates did.
