| Thank you prairiemaker, but my family has me under contract that the next move we make will be back to Guatemala (home for them). If you are considering universities in Oaxaca, this would have to be for the lifesyle alone. During my two years or so there I got by, but had no money left over each month for "luxuries" like a bigger fridge, etc. Most of the teachers didn't even have cars. In fact I used my annual savings plan money to buy a ticket to Korea, where I finally broke the $1000 a month salary barrier! It's more of a place to semi-retire to, as the teaching was a breeze and the lifestyle is relaxed. |
