Hi there,

Anyone that's been to Putrajaya - the new capital in Malaysia? It's about 25 kms south of KL. Could you tell me what this place would be like to live in with kids and how easy is it to get to KL from there?

Any info about the place or the school much appreciated. Would love to hear from someone working or who has worked there. PM if you prefer.

Cheers Wink

On international school money, you can get yourself a nice shiny Proton. Base yourself and family in KL and drive in every day. Putrajaya is a duller than dull soulless place and devoid of any planning, transport or otherwise, apart from an unfinished monorail with what locals call a suspended suspension bridge. Well done, Mahathir.

If youre not a car person, the KLIA Transit is good and takes 15 minutes from Sentral to Putrajaya, outside is a taxi rank.

Thanks for your comments - backs up what I've already been told so I think best option will be to get the car and commute.
Cheers Very Happy
