The latest rumor is that there is only one teacher (the retard?) left at NIT from this time last year.
Not surprising.
I have worked in bad places but none as bad as NIt
I have taught bad students but (outside China) none as bad as NIT.
I have used bad teaching materials but (outside China) none as bad as NIT
I have worked for bad managers and supervisors but none as bad as NIT.
I have seen many Institutions disrespect teachers but none as badly as NIT.
I have used bad transport facilities (but since I had to use a bullock cart as a child in Cambodia) none as bad as NIT
I have seen low morale in some schools but NIT is the best - note the turnover.
If you are thinking of working at NIT e-mail me for a subjective view!!!

Last year M-Trading was recruiting for NIT. So I can imagine how bad it is.
