Have to disagree there. Since the singing of songs of a sectarian nature is now a criminal offence in Scotland the visits of the Hun and the Tims are now much more sedate affairs. Without their 'party songs' the weedgie hordes tend to deafen us more with the rustling of their sweetie wrappers.
During the World Cup, fishjock will be supporting USA, Algeria and Slovenia (in that order) and will then pragmatically form short term allegiences as necessary. |

Why USA?
1, 2, 3 Viva l'Algerie!
My guess for group C:
1. England
2. Algeria
3. Slovenia
4. USA |

| back to the question, you have 3 main cards that you can get. showtime, or showsports (if you just want the main games) gives you the English Premier League. Champions League, UEFA Cup, Series A, La Liga, and most cup games (like FA Cup, ect) are on Jazera Sports 1-8. ART had the rights for the champions league last year but this year they have only saudi football. i don't actually know who will have the World Cup, but if you want to get most of the games, the Showsports card and Jazera sports card is worth your while. |

Rangers are a bunch of low-life thugs.
Mind you, the bhoys across town in Parkhead aren't much better. |

My colleagues who are into football use Orbit - which is provided free-of-charge by our beneficent employer.
Personally I would rather go down to the WAMY office and engage in meaningful discussion about Theology with the Mutawwa. |

| That sounds like fun. Let's make it a date. Uhm...what happens when you disagree with them? |

... and the phone calls from their mummies asking if they'll be back in time for dinner.
As for the World Cup, Cleopatra will of course be supporting the well-known team, ABE (Anyone But England). In the (hopeful) event that that option is no longer available, I will happily switch my alleigances to ABG (Anyone But Germany). |

... Then I'm in the same situation as Henry Kissenger during the Iran-Iraq War. I want both sides to lose!
But when it comes down to it, I of course will always favour anyone who plays England - - unlike my brother, I even include Norn Iron in that category. And so I would have to go for the lesser of two footballing evils, which would have to be the Chehrmans. If they can 'win' on penalties - with Wayne Rooney or Frank Lampard missing from the spot - I'd positively enjoy it! |

Well, what happens if both, England and Germany, will play the World cup final match, in this case, which one you will support?
Don't tell me you will support the well known team , NO 1? |

In response to some previous posts please note that the Worshipful Brethren of the Makkah Purple Star have decided to open the books for a limited number of new members.
