Hi everyone,
Im an American residing in the Philippines.
Was hoping to know if a sealed official transcript is an ABSOLUTE requirements for a COE application?
I've got 10 days before the mail-in deadline.
I already have an original copy of my transcript.
However, the university which I got my degree from takes extremely long (about 14 working days) to release a new transcript. |

No, transcripts are not a requirement for the COE application.

See Table 3 link within.
Won't hurt to have them sent, and just include a message saying that they are on the way. Sounds like you are being bullied into a 10-day deadline that really doesn't exist, but I have written about that before. |
