don't make it a personal argument. I have no intention to fight with your, nor is it my intention to tarnish the ELI's image! You yourself mentioned my proof when you reported how that man in charge justified firing one of the staff saying: 'we wanted TO GET RID OF HIM SO WE TOLD HIM YOU ARE UNDERQUALIFIED!!!"
Is it professional to give such an excuse, in your view??? just put yourself in the shoes of that poor guy who was sacked, would you accept such an excuse for getting kicked out all of a sudden?
Secondly, 5 other teachers were kicked out last year on such ungrounded excuses (simply beacuse the people in charge 'didn't like them") so, could you THE HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL ICANUPP explain to me what standards of PROFESSIONALISM are being used when your friends axe people's livelihoods at their own discretion?? Again I don't blame you since you are new to this place and clearly you know very little about the mentality and work ethics here. Watch out ! It is very probable that you are being manipulated to say what you are saying without even knowing your friends' hidden agenda. Look around you and ask older colleauges, you'll find a compelling proof in every corner of the very institution you are defending!
