I'll probably come over to Asia in late March, then take a CELTA course before the world cup starts. I might just take it easy after this though. What would be a cool, laid back, economical place to watch the world cup games in SE Asia?

Watched the 1998 World Cup in Thailand and that was both fun and

economical.
