or do they just as often use ground beef? I know about chicken kebabs but what about iskender kebab, chag kebab, adana kebab, etc.? Lamb? |

Depends on the kebab. Sis kebab is either chicken or lamb. In my experience most of the minced-meat kebabs were made of lamb. Doner is usually lamb, although they do chicken ones too.
Depending on the kebab shop you might find ANY kind of meat in your kebabs (woof woof ), except pork of course... |

I am under the impression that it's mostly beef (though I could be wrong). Some kebabs are mixed, but I think d�ner is almost always beef (or chicken or sucuk). Not 100 percent about that though. |
