I came to Saudi on a 90-day business visa. I am now going back to the US to obtain an employment visa.

I am considering using an agent this time to expedite the process. I want to get back as quickly as I can and resume working.

Any up-to-date recommendations or advice regarding agents would be appreciated.

Has anyone come over on a business visa, as I did, and then returned to get the employment visa? Anything I should know?

Here is a good agent, they are cost effective and will do everything for you and go over everything you need step by step. However please note, they still have to go through the embassy to process the visa. If the embassy is delayed you will still face delays. Because of the snow storms in DC the Saudi embassy was closed most of last week. One of my supervisors is trying to get her visa to come to Saudi and this is what she has told me. Here is the address to the agent. Good luck!!!
You can contact them to double check the mailing address. I am not sure where I have placed it.

Good for you Brian! I assume you are staying with the same employer. I really think it's the best way - to do as you just did. That is, to first come over on a business visa, check it out and then apply for an employment visa if you are satisfied.

But I hear the Washington embassy is one of the slowest and hardest to deal with. Perhaps you could get your employer to fly you to a gulf country and get your visa there. Bahrain is fast and easy!
