Hey guys,
I just need someone to explain to me about the background check process. If I were to get a background check from the state's DOJ, does a "misdemeanor" charge will appear on my background check?? Oh and that misdemeanor charge was on underage gambling.
Would that charge will deny me from applying a work permit in Vietnam?
