Thanks for your replies everyone. To those who have taught in Korea, what's a good baseline for compensation? To sum up I have a BA, no teaching experience and am looking to teach adults in an urban area.

Korean board can sort you out. It'll be a little different for adults... Check out the job ads on this site to get a better idea as well.
