If I were to go to Hong Kong I probably wouldn't want to commit to a two year term, so what are my chances of finding work?

I've taught in mainland China for 4 years, Sydney for 6 months, speak Mandarin & Japanese and have my CELTA.

Am keen on teaching students of any age, full time wouldn't be a problem, but don't want to do it for two solid years.

What are my options?

Thanks!

Looks pretty obvious. Language schools and tutorial centers. Even then you'd need to commit to at least a certain period of time. Maybe not two years, but if you're just thinking of a few months or half a year, you have your job-hunting work cut out for you.

Are these kinds of schools easy to come by?

Not sure how to answer that. Plenty of places, but some are more professional and picky than others. It depends on how professional you wish to be. But I honestly can't comment on how "easy" these jobs are to get. Focus more on what you can do for them than what they can do for you (basic job-hunting advice regardless of the industry) and your chances get better.

you'd be restricted to teaching school kids. You need more than a CELTA to teach adults unless is a shoddy tutorial school.
Unless you get a contract with some school, you won't be able to get a work visa / id card. Most tutorial work is part time after school - and this kind of work doesn't get you a visa.

there are quite a few jobs for full time kindergarten teachers which only require a CELTA. some of them may be willing to sponsor you with visa.
