Hello there!
Having trawled through a number of websites on housing information in Medan (IndoExpat for example), I am still in the dark. Is there anyone out there with a seasoned hand (or two) with respect to property rental in Medan? Perhaps some of you are already in Medan and have experience on the current status of renting in Medan, with particular emphasis on 'how to' and 'how much' (within reason). For those offering the best practical advice there are beers in the offering, for I am already in Medan and seek advice sooner rather than later.

HI Ian, There's a pretty good Kost I stayed at just up road from CaSE. It's 400,000rp a month. The kost next door to the one I stayed at goes for 550rp but they allow overnight guests. call or sms me if you want, #081263997742
