Does anyone have factual, experience-based knowledge of this school?

Stay away from them. They lie and cheat their teachers if you read previous posts here and on eslteachersboard.com.

Jilin seems to have turned into a very perilous place for teaching English in the last year and a half. Lots of human trafficking going on up there, a glut of non-native speakers flooding the markets for piss poor salaries, and it hosts one of the most storied, notorious exploitation farms in all of China: Tian Shuo.

Look elsewhere.

I know like 10 people who work for Tian Shuo, they seem to like their company. Of course none of them are native speakers and they work in a horrible town in the middle of nowhere...

I think that speaks for itself. Trafficking non native speakers who work for cheap is Tianshuo's game plan. It gives the native speakers who can and should demand more little gravitas. There's also a matter of Tiansho's long, storied and true reputation for identity theft. One of their former supervisors is currently surviving time as the fall guy for the ominously named head of Tian Shou: "Mama Wang." Google. Google. Google.
