So our little bumpkin is due in a few weeks, and I don't plan on returning to the workforce for a few years (maybe even five). Any suggestions for keeping up with the world of ESL?

- Occasional classroom volunteering
- Occasional private teaching
- Seminars

I would love to eventually do my MA (I'm actually leaning towards linguistics with an L1 approach for children) but I don't have the experience yet. I wouldn't mind further formal university education in the future, but not at this time.

Any other ideas?

Is your "little bumpkin" a country bumpkin?

Thank you very much for the suggestions, Chancellor Smile

Is he a country bumpkin? No, we'll be living near downtown Montreal shortly after his birth Laughing I don't know if there are many country bumpkins in Canada, but if there are, they probably reside a bit closer to the Prairies Very Happy
