Just how much loadin' do you do? Laughing I prefer lamb myself, but I sure long for those Freirich Smoked POrk Butts I used to get in Shop Rite.

Usually a good 3-4 kilos, spread out amongst bacon, ham, sausages and dried meats of various varieties and compositions...
