I'm just wondering what city you guys were placed in, just for reference. Thank you! |

^^Where specifically? Sorry, I don't wanna be to intrusive but everyone's been so vague about their placement and I'd like to know where people have been put in the past so I can get an idea for myself. |

sorry, but I fail to see "where specificly" is really all that important. Where I am placed or anyone else has been is not much of an indication of where future employees with be. |

Well, obviously I'm not going to think that I could be placed where you or others have been (as those spots have been filled), but I'm just curious. If you don't feel comfortable saying where, okay |

I for one wouldn't be too comfortable getting too specific regarding where I live/have been placed. It could be used to compromise my anonymity online. It's not very likely but the possibility exists. |

I'm heading over in May but I don't know the exact placement yet. That'll come when I get there, or some time into training.
People are saying places like "Kanto" or other regions because that is the general location they preferred, or were told by their recruitment office. The recruitment office itself might not know where the candidate may be placed due to the lag time between target school-dispatching office's contract negotiations.
If you'd like a city specifically the best bet would to come over and look for a local school on your own. Of course this would require you to come over. Joining up with these companies can be a stepping stone to get you somewhere or something else if that's your goal. |

Not certain about ECC, but Aeon certainly encourage applicants to express their preferences (region, size of city, type of city (coastal/mountain/remote/etc even particular city/area of conurbation) and contracts aren't exchanged until a particular school is agreed upon, although of course there aren't many vacancies for newbies in "tokyo centre" or "kyoto". |

Can't see how you really expect to learn much. You might get a dozen replies at most, out of hundreds of employees. |
